The Charnwood Country 8 Baffle/Throat plate is a high quality steel plate that sits at the roof of the stove and provides protection to the roof of the stove to avoid damage to the flue.  The Country 8 baffle plate slows down the flames within the stove to ensure more heat stays within the fire box before any heat travels up the chimney and ensures high efficiency.
Only Suitable for the Dry stove versions (Non Boiler)  IF you have a County 8B (central heating version) then it will not fit.  Please contact us and we can provide the correct baffle plate.
